Hi, I’m Fotis! I’m a UX Strategist and Researcher. I turn raw data into seamless user journey. With 10+ years in the game, I’ve navigated high-stakes, regulated industries like Pharma and Finance for global giants like Deloitte and Pfizer.
I’m a data-detective. I deduce behaviors through verbal and non-verbal communication that. Having worked with both massive corporations and agencies, I bring a 360-degree market vision to every project. I believe the best products aren’t born from guesswork, but from rigorous, evidence-based strategy and a proper balance between business and user needs.
How I work
The “geeky” side? I architect logic through evidence and craft effective plan for visual communication through behavior.
I utilize Object-Oriented UX (OOUX), to break down complex problems. I use personas to enable personalization, with a focus on the aspects needed, not just generic attributes.
I prefer a friction-less approach, taking into consideration mental models. Directly or not, conversational design, is being achieved better by reducing cognitive load.
Generative and Agentic AI are my helpful comrade through UX Research and Design. into my design process, to move at terminal velocity.
While I’m UX-first, I’m a technical polyglot who speaks fluent CSS/JS, bridging the gap between strategy and production.
